• There is no restriction on opinion polls in Britain. But the results of exit polls cannot be given until the voting is completely over. Just like the rules in India.
• In America, opinion polls can be given anytime. But even there, the media can tell the results of exit polls only after the voting is completely over.
• In Germany, exit polls are considered a crime before the election voting.
• In Bulgaria, giving the results of exit polls on the day of election is considered legally wrong. This cannot be done.
• Exit polls are completely banned in Singapore. Influencing the elections in any way is a crime there. Apart from this, in Italy, Slovakia and Luxembourg, any kind of opinion poll or exit poll is banned 07 days before the election.
